I’m so excited to share this with you today!!! My blog friend Lindsay over at Lindsay’s List started an awesome weekly workout segment called Tuesday Trainer. Each week, she gives a category and we submit our favorite exercise for that category via YouTube. She then creates a workout with all of the submissions and posts all of the videos on Tuesdays.
