Tuesday Trainer

I’m so excited to share this with you today!!! My blog friend Lindsay over at Lindsay’s List started an awesome weekly workout segment called Tuesday Trainer. Each week, she gives a category and we submit our favorite exercise for that category via YouTube. She then creates a workout with all of the submissions and posts all of the videos on Tuesdays.

  2. I hopped over to check it out. Her site is quite interesting, especially since she has a ROCKIN body after TWO kids! WOW!!!
